An invoice is included with the delivery of your products. This invoice is used as the manufacturer’s guarantee certificate and must be kept for all warranty claims.

Returns

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in an original resalable condition.

Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the original postage and packaging cost. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have not been in their original condition.

We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
